"Yes I was skeptical and scared because I never have visited or experienced such therapy! My first visit was interesting because the staff and Dr. Arnold showed warm personal interest in you and cared if you were in discomfort at a regular visit and commended you for sticking close to regular therapy at home with the equipment they provide you with. I noticed and felt relief after the 3^rd visit! I'm glad I didn't hold back. I can compare myself to the way I felt the day after the accident to now - I feel much better! It pays to make time to care for yourself at times when we get into a car accident so you don't have to suffer later at great cost to yourself!
